I am a mother of three beautiful children. Each of my pregnancies couldn’t have been more different (or more challenging). I’ve personally experienced maternal weight gain, pelvic floor issues and dia-stasis recti (separation of the tummy muscles). After each pregnancy, my fitness and motivation levels varied. I know how the mamas out there feel, when you just want to feel like yourself again - fit, healthy and strong.
Sport and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Previously I was a secondary school PE teacher (an amazing job!). After having my children, I wanted to put my skills and knowledge to helping mothers. I’ve been an expert in postnatal fitness for over five years. Not only do I have the technical knowledge (level 3 personal trainer, level 3 postnatal trainer, Jenny Burrell and Buggyfit educated), but personal experience too. Above all my aim is to help and empower other mamas to feel great about their amazing bodies.
